Body Kindness Yoga:

While all my classes encourage students to practice body kindness, body kindness workshops focus on the power and capability of our bodies. Connecting through the soul and body, participants are able to authentically ground themselves. Come find what makes you body feel loved and nurtured.

Authentic Girls Yoga:

With over 6 years experience working with youth in a wide array of settings, I knew I wanted to bring kids yoga into my practice. From informal mindfulness minutes in my classroom, to impromptu yoga lessons in the gym- my students and I have found such joy in yoga over the years.

Authentic Girls Yoga are classes created to empower our girls. Classes can be adapted for any age group, however they tend to work best with middle grade students.

Each class has been carefully designed to include a mini biography on an influential woman, a short yoga flow, and a life lesson (such as cultivating confidence, creating SMART goals, etc.)
