Kindness advocate.
200hr registered yoga teacher.
Social worker to be.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Prancing Peacock Yoga studio in Yardley, PA in Fall 2017.
I found yoga at time when I was deeply vulnerable. Yoga allowed for a respite from my busy life. Yoga let me live a life that was worthwhile. After 4 years of consistent practice, I decided to take the jump to teaching and enrolled in my YTT. What an adventure it has been since then.
I love spreading self love and kindness throughout my classes. I strive to ensure each student feels welcome and comfortable. My aim is to create space for individuals to relax, reframe and recharge amidst their busy lives. I firmly believe yoga is for every body.
In addition to teaching, I am also a Masters of Social Work student at Columbia University. Professionally, I have worked in schools, residential treatment facilities and non-profit organizations.
I strive for joy and hope. Kindness holds power. Join me on the mat.
